Indotech's Reflow oven IT-107 is born out of years of experience in high end electronics manufacturing. It is designed to reduce runtime costs of the customer as it consumes very low power (approx. 1kw) hence it is designed to provide efficient performance at a price that will fit into any business's SMT soldering budget.

FEATURES:
- Super thermal efficient because of use of superior insulations techniques (silicon heat compound, glass wool etc) for minimal heat loss. This results in a electricity consumption of approximately just 1KW during run time (except warming time).
- Infrared and/or Hot wind Heating for fast heating up and stable temperatures
- Stainless Steel Conveyor system with high-precision controller for smooth and corrosion free life
- Brush-less motor, with high frequency encoder, for a precise close loop speed control to maintaining stable speed
- Independent PID intelligent automatic temperature controllers for all chambers, ensuring independent temperatures in all chambers.
Other feature like more temperature zone, extra wide conveyor, and automatic forced cooling and nitrogen inflation can be incorporated on demand.
